MusiciaNow is a platform that connects musicians, DJs, booking managers, and tech support specialists with clients seeking talent for gigs (subs/replacement), events, lessons, and more.
How does MusiciaNow work?
Artists and service providers create profiles, set their rates, and showcase their skills. Clients and service providers search, compare, review, add to favorites, share profiles and contact members directly to book services through our chat option.
Is MusiciaNow free to use?
Registration is free for both Members and Clients. Additional features are unlocked with a subscription plan.
What types of services can I find on MusiciaNow?
You can find live performers, session musicians, DJs, music instructors, sound engineers, lighting techs, and booking managers.
How can MusiciaNow help me if I’m traveling?
Activate the “Live” geolocation feature to show your availability in any location. This way, you can get booked for gigs while on the go.
Is MusiciaNow available worldwide?
Yes, MusiciaNow can be used by members and clients globally. Whether you’re at home or traveling, you can connect with talent or get booked anywhere.
Can I use MusiciaNow without creating an account?
Yes, as a Guest, you can explore member listings, but you need to create an account to contact members or access additional features.
How do I stay updated on new features and app updates?
You can stay informed by enabling notifications in the app or subscribing to our newsletter for the latest updates and feature releases.
How do I switch between monthly and annual subscriptions?
You can switch plans anytime through your profile settings. If you upgrade to the annual plan, it will switch to it at the date of your monthly plan renewal.

How do I create a profile on MusiciaNow?
Once you’re registered and have chosen a subscription on MusiciaNow, you can create your profile. Select your role, specify the instrument(s) you play and your music style(s), upload your avatar or logo, header image, and photos. Add a description highlighting your expertise, list your rates, provide your contact information, and more.
What information can I include in my profile?
Your profile can include your contact info, music genre, instruments, services offered, rates, availability, and social media links.
Can I showcase my availability in real time?
Yes, with the “Live” geolocation feature, you can update your location and availability instantly.
Can I set different rates for different services?
Yes, you can customize rates for hourly bookings, events, lessons, and more.
Are there any commission fees on bookings?
No, MusiciaNow doesn’t take any commissions. Your deals, your earnings, 100% yours.
How do I communicate with potential clients?
Clients can contact you via your profile’s Chat box, Contact Form, or direct email/phone links.
Can I save my favorite clients or collaborators?
Yes, the Favorites feature allows you to bookmark profiles for quick access.
How can I promote myself on MusiciaNow?
Share your profile link, gather reviews, and stay active by updating your availability and services.
How do I get paid?
All payments are handled directly between you and the client. No middleman, No commissions, No extra fees.
What are the mandatory infos needed to start my profile?
Mandatory information for your profile are: The Role(s) and Your home location ( Town, Province OR Postal Code/Zip Code)
NB: For security purposes geolocation when turned on is approximate and offset.

How do I search for talent on MusiciaNow?
Use filters to search by location, music genre, service type, and availability to find the right artist or service provider.
Can I contact multiple members?
Yes, you can reach out to multiple members individually and organize a shortlist using the Favorites feature.
How do I book a musician, DJ, or Tech specialist?
Contact the member via their Chat box, Contact Form, or direct email/phone. Discuss rates, confirm availability, and finalize the deal.
Can I compare profiles before booking?
Yes, the Compare feature allows you to view rates, services, and reviews side-by-side to make the best choice.
How can I share a profile with others?
Use the Share feature to send a profile link via email or social media.
Is there a review system for members?
Yes, after a booking, you can leave a review to help others make informed decisions. You need to be subscribe to access this function.
Can we book directly on the app?
No. Bookings need to be managed between clients and members directly. The app allows you to find each other and get in touch. You can then negotiate the terms and bookings.
Are there any booking commissions or fees?
No, MusiciaNow does not charge any booking fees or commissions.

What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
MusiciaNow prioritizes simplicity, reliability, and user experience. That’s why we’ve chosen Stripe as our exclusive payment gateway. Currently, we accept Credit Cards, Debit VISA and Debit MasterCard payments only to ensure:

How much does the subscription cost?
For Members:
Monthly subscription: $14.99 CAD
Annual subscription: $119.88 CAD (equivalent to $9.99/month)
For Clients:
Monthly subscription: $3.99 CAD
Is there a free trial for the subscription?
Yes for the Members, both the monthly and annual plans include a 30-day free trial.
No for the Clients, since they do not have a listing on the App.
What does the subscription include?
A subscription unlocks features such as Favorites, Compare, Reviews, Chat, and Contact Form, along with profile enhancements and promotional options.
How do I upgrade to a subscription plan?
Go to your profile settings and select Upgrade Plan to choose a monthly or annual subscription.
Are there any discounts available for the annual subscription?
Yes, the annual plan offers significant savings, costing the equivalent of $9.99/month, compared to the monthly rate of $14.99.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime without any penalties. Your profile will remain active but revert to the basic, non-subscribed version at the end of the subscription cycle.
What happens if I cancel my subscription before the 30-day trial ends?
If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged. You can continue using the premium features until the trial period expires.
